Yugo 24/47 good possibility Handguard has the metal clip.

It looks to long to be a M24/47 stock to me.

To me it looks like a Turkish stock to me (likely for a M38 if I had to take a guess), as those markings look like Arabic Numerals and the butt plate is a former Gewehr 98 one as you can see the Imperial German acceptance mark on it (Turkey ended up with a fair bit of Gewehr 98s).

This is just my guess, but I am not really a Mauser guy.
