There was a case in Afghanistan, where two Canadian soldiers were playing quick draw with there Browning Hi-Powers. Unfortunately one forgot to clear his pistol and it killed the other.

The worst part for the guy who lived was it has his best buddy who died. They grew up together, went to school together, joined the Army together and served overseas together. I wouldn't wish that type of guilt on my worst enemy.
