    There's dead time while the dispenser is throwing the next charge. Pouring the charge and seating the bullet fills that time. When one gets into rhythm the fact is your waiting on the dispenser.     That is a very interesting device, have never seen one before but will try to find one.
    Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?
