3 months after D-Day according to the bottom date its lucky it did not go to the Ardennes would have been burnt for the GI's to keep warm. Good score.

Above the September 1944 date is a April 1951 date; would this be a disposal date?

It does say "hold for surplus" above the April '51 date.
