Am I correct that the rivets I see in your mags are meant to limit each mag's capacity to comply with your country's laws? If that's so, are simple rivets enough to be in compliance?

I ask this because I routinely remove rivets when needed, using just a drill and a few seconds work - so it looks like each mag could be brought back to full capacity with a moment's work...
