    1891 Argentine/Peruvian Mauser

    Found this today at the arms show. All matching 1891 DWM Argentine Mauser that apparently was sold to Peru at some point. Non import marked, good crest, and I'm guessing that's the original sling and muzzle cap. Bore is really good, surprisingly. Peruvianicon Mausers do not show up around here a great deal, and the ones that do always have the updated lange vizier sight. This one retains the original. This one's a keeper I think!

    That is interesting. It is missing the roller coaster rear sight but has a strong Peruvianicon Crest. I just posted a 1891 Peruvian Short Rifle hoping for more info. That is a very nice specimen.
