Yes Jon Moore is fine. My order was delayed and when I got through to Jon, his response was:

"Apologies for the lack of contact.
Seems that the last few messages ended up in the wrong folders - Yahoo mail has been having a few issues recently.
My sent messages to you were being saved instead in the pending/draft folder for some reason!"

My order arrived, exactly as ordered. Late, ... but safe.
