    Welcome to the forum.

If welded then it would have been stripped to bits and someone reassembled it later. It could also have been put together at any time by anyone. The odds of it sitting in the arsenal untouched are nil. Pics here would be priceless.

I believe you are asking if there are IHC M1icon receiver markings without the 'IHC' prefix or suffix.
I have IHC 4523997 which has a drawing number of D6528291-D, no IHC.

Both Tom in NJ and myself have a friend, Charles Redfield who collects the IHC receiver variations, Springfield and HRA and IHC , believe there are five variations ?

I use to here that the IHC M1icon rifles were the best gift to the third world nations and a good way to purge them out of the US system
