Bremmer SAR15 Carbine

I wish I could get the USGI stuff though, the insert and the mag inserts would be great. .

Is this the one? I stumbled on this one recently.
Sarco had the kits (which I think are gone) but still have many of the components and perhaps the USAF system with the polymer mag.
