I've never understood what the problem is with flash hiders, just a metal funnel stuck on the end of the barrel.

well i have someone who will make a flash hider for me possibly this week, do any of you guys have measurements of one before i take a rough guess?

As in a sand cast or what? Numrich made some years ago and I think that's what they did. They were less than stellar. A CNC could do it if you had a drawing...

Just like many areas of UK Firearms law F10, the flash eliminator regs make little sense and appear to be largely ignored by most anyway.
