Welcome to the forum, the slide is for an M2, how much else? Is there a date on the barrel? Or just the single mark?

I guess my main concern is that this is an authentic Winchester barrel rather than a post war no-name/ unknown maker barrel made to look like a Winchester.

So, I have an M2 slide, stock and barrel on a '44 receiver with no arsenal marks. Most of the parts are correct Winchester. I'm thinking this carbine was put together by a collector rather than as an arsenal rebuild. Think that's an accurate assessment?

The stock is for sure not Winchester and I have some doubts about the barrel too. Winchester used integral gas cylinders, does this one look integral?
