    Why would you do that? The #5 sight is worth more than a #4 sight and you can get what you want...

    I come across no5's all the time. Look me months to find a no4. Even the ebay prices are the other way round with the 4's going for quite a bit more than the 5's

    Didn't know that, it's the other way round here. I had a #4 sight for a while and finally moved it on a cheap deal. You'll find the #4 and #5 sights aren't collomated the same, you probably know that. It's not like they just stopped the markings, it would need to be erased before remarking.

    yeah. My idea was to have some kind of non permenant attachment that preserved the sight and was graduated in minutes rather than drop for mk7 ammo
