    No markings on mine belonged to a WWII armourer friend now deceased I feel it may be a home made job or at least made in the workshops as it is quite well done.

    Thank you, Cinders. Also, thanks for including the photo - your example is quite a bit different from mine. Different joints, larger rolled edge, etc. As you say, still a well made piece of kit.
