Rear Sight Problem ?

Maybe there's nothing wrong with it at all.

Punch stake marks on top right and bottom right.



Anyone have a TRIMBLE TN stock that is marked this size?



Is the Recoil plate fit like this?



Seller says so, and barrel shows it had a Bayo band, but no sign of bayo use on this stock:





Look at the overall wear on the metal and buttplate. Then compare to the wear on the stock. Not a nick or scratch on the stock.

Do you think this is a real WWII issue stock? I have my doubts.

I don't have a TN stock, but we just saw the opposite gap on that UN-QUALITY a couple weeks ago. Wonder if it was from the same seller? - Bob
