    No, Suncorite 259 is a paint, oxpho and perma blue are just bluing products.

    There is suncorite 258 which is now called Bonderite O-PC 528 Black RFU ??

    I don't know if this replaced 259 but I did email them to ask, some details in the link below, being self-phosphating is an added bonus....

    Suncorite 259 is still available in the UKicon but is ex surplus stock, think the dates are from 2006,

    Suncorite is now Bonderite | EMC
