Those won't make much of an aiming mark, we teach to shoot center of the visible mass.

I think it would be for a sniper with only a head shot available sticking up out of a fox hole or looking out the window. Same as putting a bulls eye on your helmet easy to see with a scope in fact a nice white one, easier to see. I wouldn't want it on my helmet. Ray
