    Thank you Jim for the quick reply.

    I had found that site, and knew about IO /OI. I suppose that the stock was supplied to Standard Products by Overton, and therefore marked Std Prod before the rifle was assembled. So it would have been an genuine part for a Std Prod carbine. But who/what was RWH? Standard Products acceptance/inspector???

    Oops, thanks Charlie, you posted while I was typing. All clear now. If you (or anyone else) finds out the name behind RWH, please post it here!

    Have no new information about who Standard Products Rebuild Inspector was....
    Looks like I'm not alone after looking over this list:
