We are an engineering services company, dealing primarily in the iron and steel industry. They call us when BAD things happen!

Sounds like your company trouble shoots and fixes prolems.

I just relalized I mis-spelled "commend" when I said I "comment" your company if you say how your employees are.

You got it in one Ray! Often, we are employed by firms that are fierce competitors, and the nature of our "problem solving" involves getting hip-deep into very sensitive, proprietary company information that other customers of ours would pay dearly to know. We work for both and they HAVE to have complete confidence that the information we hold is totally safe in a way not covered by 100+ page confidentiality agreements (I sign those too!). Only the high level of integrity in our people makes that possible...has for 120 years!
