    That's all new to me. It appears to cock on close. However the striker assy comes rearward slightly out of the bolt on bolt opening, then it goes back in as the bolt is pulled rearward. Actual full cocking only occurs on bolt close. Is there something different on the receiver for the speed lock arrangement?

    And does the safety operate differently? Thanks. Still learning a lot about this.
