Lee Navy .236 cal. is the 6mm Lee Navy. When they have it, Buffalo Arms wants $60.59 per 20 for loaded ammo. Otherwise there's no ammo or brass currently available.
That one is missing at least the hard guard. However, the Winchester Collectors talk about civilian sales. Maybe. Dunno. If it's a civilian Lee Navy, it'll be worth more. Go here. It's decidedly comprehensive.

"...box of original ammunition that goes with it...." That's worth a big pile of money. Not even Ammo One has any. They say they'll buy it though.
