Very nice! Looks like an FSR rifle with the rear diopter sight removed.

The Swedish FSR or "Volunteer Shooters Movement" is a Swedish shooting organization. One of the rifle types used by the members was an M96 like yours with a diopter type rear sight. I have a couple of them...



You can see the diopter sights on my rifles. The two holes in the rear bridge of your M96 is for the mounting screws for the diopter sight.

I haven't developed any handloads for the Swedish bolt action rifles. I have handloaded for my Swedish Ljungmans and my bolt guns do alright with that load, but I think they could do better with a load made specifically for them.
