Milled 5.56 or 5.45 Aks?

Thanks for the information. I thought about 5.45 but I realize how much harder it is to get than 5.56. I am currently on vacation in Utah so I was unable to reply. I am trying to get into aks and the two I have been looking at are the sa93 and the Sam-5. I like both but with the sam-5 I could use it for prairie dogs.yes I do realize the ar is better for hunting but that is so lame.I hear the Sam-5 has very good accuracy for an ak .the Sam-5 can cost anywhere from 1000-2000 so that’s a little bit of a problem and I also hear that only 500 or so were imported. The sa93 I have heard is a wonderful 7.62x39 platform for the ak and they are more plentiful. The only thing I have that is remotely close to an ak is a csa vz58 and I love it.
