And THAT'S why they drag their feet in both payment and returning cash. That's how they make their money at YOUR expense. That's why I couldn't wait to close that account when I completed my transaction.

It's worth pointing out here that I'm really to blame for my funds being held.
1. I violated their rules.
2. I left money in my account.

I'm not going to starve or anything but I have $1k in there that I'd rather not wait 6 months to get. I kept it in there for convenience, really. Shipping came straight out of it, eBay fees, the rare return.
Not worth it, folks.
