    I think you guys might be right.After clambering a dummy i noticed there were scratches on the bullet and the case.Also the problem only occurs when there is a cartridge so that would make sense. Originaly thought the extractor became "sharp" and it was pushing the cartridge on the other side of the chamber. Thank you

    I have shot reloads,factory and surplus. The reloads are good.

    Does that mean you don't have the problem with them ?
    Mine are not the best, but they are not too bad. I can think of lots of Enfields I'd rather have but instead of constantly striving for more, sometimes it's good to be satisfied with what one has...

    Yes, I don't have a problem and they function the same as normal factory loads or surplus.I don't plan to shoot many hand loads through my Enfield. I like to handload for my Ross MkIII.

    Sorry but I am now confused.
    Can you just repeat what the problem actually is ?

    I thought that it was 'extraction' but you say you don't have any problem with Reloads, Factory rounds or Surplus rounds.
    Mine are not the best, but they are not too bad. I can think of lots of Enfields I'd rather have but instead of constantly striving for more, sometimes it's good to be satisfied with what one has...
