    No4 Mk1 wood stamps

On the recently arrived wood set there are some stamps that I'm curious about. The 261740 number on the forend I assume is the serial number, but the PF above it and the stylized P and 11 above it I don't understand. Also, the butt stock has a 1303 stamped in the place where a scope number might be on a No4T - is this what it might be? Any help appreciated with this.
    Cheers,
    Burton

The forend is from ROF Fazakerley rifle serial number PF25174

I've seen some wartime ROF Maltby rifles with the rifle serial number stamper on top of the wrist like yours.

Of course! There is a zero (not visible) at the end, which puts the front of this forestock as from a 1950/51 No4 Mk2, which has been glued to a No4Mk1. A proper Frankenstein's monster! Oh well.
