    Thanks for your service.
There's a high probability that Agent Orange is the cause of the Melanoma I'm currently dealing with. Side effects from the cancer meds nearly (literally) killed me in June.

I did three tours. I know I was in areas that had been sprayed, were actively being sprayed while I was in them, and down stream from sprayed areas. All our drinking water came from rivers and stream in those no bottled water days. And of course, there was also the chemicals used to make the 'water' safe to drink -- not to mention the little orange bomber anti-malaria tablets that gave you the trots.

We will all end up in Toe Tag City sooner or later. I just prefer later -- a lot later -- than sooner.

I prefer later but trust the eventual location will be far superior.

Reminds me of a story about the famous Canon Scott, chaplain in the CEF. Marching up to the line one day with a battalion someone called out to him, "Padre, where are we going?"
"That depends entirely on how we have lived!" replied the Canon, which led to much laughter, and perhaps some thought.
“There are invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions. It is not generally realized to what extent the words and actions of our most influential public men are dictated by shrewd persons operating behind the scenes.”

    Edward Bernays, 1928

Much changes, much remains the same.
