What a nice conservatives Judge ruled on the liberal 9th circuit court has over ruled and kept the law in place. Too bad as I am sure it will end up in the Supreme court maybe by next year if California is lucky.

What a nice conservatives Judge ruled on the liberal 9th circuit court has over ruled and kept the law in place.

The ruling was no overruled, it was stayed. From what I understand, the California Rifle and Pistol Association will be seeking clarity because there were no reasons the Emergency Stay was put in place. They are not sure it if it is temporary just to get through the weekend or not. The judges may have wanted more time to evaluated the 100 plus page ruling by U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez.
