Good for you Ovidio, the church I was married in is a beautiful small Norman church, 900 years old (a relative youngster compared to yours), and sits next to a ruined Norman castle about 5 miles from my house.

I'm not really a church goer, but we always visit on our anniversary and it's an absolute haven of calm and tranquility.

The peace and quiet in there is wonderful, you can hear a pin drop, a real pause button on the modern world.
