Looks about flat new...

It is nice.

It appears to have had some work done to it in 1951 (date on receiver side above serial number)
that is possibly when the forend and magazine were serial numbered.

Many of the 90L8 block were never issued from stores until release - it is nice to see one which was and was well cared for.

And actually made it out the door. There were lots that didn't, just like the Brens and #7 rifles...and such.
