Most of these other sites are using Johns Hopkins for their data, they are just arraigning it in different ways. Apparently the President used the mortality rate based on confirmed cases during an interview yesterday and confused the heck out of the reporters who are now saying he was wrong, lying, making it up. He got the numbers and charts straight from Johns Hopkins. He considers the number who die who actually have it more important than the number who die as a percentage of the entire population to be more important and from a scientific view, he's correct. Before this is all said and done, nearly everyone is going to have it. The surviveability from that point is more important than the surviveablity of not having it.
And here's the thing with the numbers. Based on Johns Hopkins, and testing, only 1.42% of the US population has tested positive for Covid 19. We know this is not accurate. Various studies from two months ago showed that the actual percentage then based on testing of sewage plant intakes was closer to 14-20% depending on location. We also now know as a fact that many people get it, get over it, without ever knowing they have or had it. The current head coach for the Philadelphia Eagles has it. He said he never would have guessed but since the entire team is being tested, he was tested and found to have it. He has no symptoms, feels fine, etc.
Glenn Beck's family has it, he doesn't which is weird but his entire family does. They never would have gotten tested except they were going from one state to another. And they've been pretty isolated in Idaho for the last couple of months on his ranch. So if it's reached an isolated family in Idaho, it's probably everywhere.
