Anyone know what "C.P.C. Treatment 600" is?

C.P.C is a UK manufacturer of chemicals, protective coatings paints and oils (WD40 type stuff)

No idea what their '600' product may have been but their product range would fit into the notation :

"Phosphate finish 1/1 Finished with Black (spirit) stain and C.P.C. Treatment 600"

The No32 bracket drawing was the 1970 version, amended 7 times from original.
