Irwin Pederson condition question

Nice looking rifle. I'm no expert but I think the price is way to high. There are some things that concern me:

1. Handguard is a different wood or color than the stock
2. Recoil plate doesn't have the same color metal as the other parts
3. The butt plate looks too dark in color
4. Same thing for the rear sight.

Some of the parts appear to show some wear and patina and some appear to be "newer." Hopefully someone with some expertise on the cartouches can verify the markings on the left side of the stock.
