If anyone is interested and read the letter, Burtonwood is not far from me, approx 5-6 miles, was still very much an airfield until late 90's,

I do look at such things. One has no idea the magnitude of the WW2 airfields in UK until you look at one and see another within about 5k of that one and another, and another...or traces of one.
