Would it be sensitive enough to buy one and ship it the other side of the world?
If yes, I can find them pretty easily here and do it.

The sight is the same as the .22 Short Mk I and II. I have seen them with curved protectors like the CLLE but still marked ".22"

Not fancy, I assume the sight was sighted in and then the sight guard custom fit around it.

So the sight is non adjustable

The sight has some vertical adjustment with the large screw on the left side but this is limited with the protecting hood.

Great detail pictures Lance. What do you use for such clean crisp background?? That really shows the details very well. I find that is not an easy thing to do.

Just a white piece of paper, I was rushed with these pic's and will do a better job when I "document" them.
As a public service announcement, Enfields are addictive, Enfield Trainers collecting is the next level of addiction! Way back I did a photo essay and the quantity has easily doubled since then.... I know I have a problem but I do not want help!!

You have been busy Lance. Some great finds there.
I also love the .22 Enfield trainers; but I only have 4 at the moment; so not really a collection; but absolutely great fun to shoot.
