A U.S Pineapple picked this up a while ago it was minus the spoon and other bits but since sourced those it has an underlying yellow base colour the green is what it came to me with not sure if that is a typical colour for these things.
All I can find on it is an upside down 4 near the neck and the letters A H in a rather strange font sorta like flattened out and I am not sure if the spoon is the correct for type any one know if they came in all yellow I thought that was for a H.E grenade from the U.S inventory, assistance is always appreciated by myself.
