How to remove no4 Mk 1/2 bolt when PH 5c sight is installed.

In fact on an Enforcer with an offset 5E4 sight, you can have Mk1 sight, tgt sight and scope all fitted together!

I cannot quite see how that works as the Enforcer Scope mount (PH 21 Base) actually fits into the exact position of the MK1 sight, uses the same mounting points and fits up inside the Charger bridge recess.
