Geoffrey Organ died some 4 years ago, and as an ex Enfield employee, & knowing what the correct markings should be I doubt he would have got up to such shenanigans, and, certainly is not in a position to have 'remade them' this last week or so.
Just for clarity, "EFD" is not the same company as "Enfield Rifles"

There is a historical link though as I'm led to believe that the individual behind "Enfield Guns" was a former business partner of the late GO.
