There was an outcry a few years ago when the public found out that the Canadian War College was training Chinese General Officers...and there was another outcry when the public found out that the CF was training Chinese PLA troops to fight in the Canadian Arctic...

Yep... Strange thing about the arctic warfare though, they have severe cold too. I shouldn't think we could teach them much on that.
