I am still, still not over the less savory antiques and firearms dealers and sellers writing entire encyclopedias in their descriptions, starting with the whole history of the entire category of the item in question and mentioning the prototypes and then the production history. (With clever listing keywords). Like a buyer does not even know what "rifle" means but is going to drop $1000.00 to $10000.00 for the specific (always overpriced) item? (Maybe I shouldn't be surprised.)
(actually useful descriptions of obscure items from reputable dealers excepted)
But duly noted; so if I ever go to sell my rare Officer's Cadet's model Paratrooper Cavalry and Artillery Sniper's carbine Enfield personally used by Montgomery himself during his time in the Durban Police I will make sure to start the listing with the history of early Hande Gunnes invented in China.
Well this is a new wrinkle on the arisaka for me. Makes the verdict on the guy pretty final in my opinion.
