Yep the old rice burners the way I look at it as a motor bike rider we share a common thing with others doing the same on the planet and that's staying alive dodging cars & wildlife!

    25.02.2023
Had a bike run today with our Italianicon bike group and took the little 848 out for a run did the usual backroads from Dardanup, Dbk, Balingup, Kirup, Upper Capel & home.
Was a good catch up with the crew my wife had a ride of my friends Aprilia 660R and liked it a lot, may have a new stable mate coming!
    Lol.........
Only one bad spot was the start of the down hill section at Kirup bad gravel on all the corners on the Upper Capel, hit one patch bit slippy!
Anyway my wife had a go of the 848 and found that having short arms made the riding position very hard on her wrists and had to lean over the tank!
A great ride for the day, ended up with a fuel light at 160 klm's near Dbk coming home cannot fathom why it gobbled up the fuel!

That has been my experience. Here the cars and wildlife are one and the same. Between that, cellphones and old age I think my riding days are over.
