If I can put my diplomatic hat on and ask what the xxxx are you faffing around making some when they are readily available. You COULD make them but internally, at the wide end that are a bit complicated because when you have machined the outside, it's round and difficult to mill out. unless you are geared up for it.
As apprentices in the early 60's we were forced to cut, patch, peg, repair and finish these. Have you got the special tool for stripping them down?
Just get some new ones!Information
