We Need to Outlaw Sandpaper

Are they new looking? We have found the Greek black park clips have a huge outer thick coating of parkerizing. It forms on the surface, needs to be cleaned down. Try a little sandpaper and oil. Usually that's the problem. I had over 100 clips from various manufacturers so I never ran into that. My trouble would be poorly seated ammo in the clips.
