Ammo Alert Armscor for $19.99

I read a post on another forum where a buyer bought 5 boxes on Thursday 5-25-23 at a Rural King store for $19.99 a box, 110 gr fmj. Said they had plenty more he left for others.
Purchase was made in Morgantown, WV.
Some that replied had recently just paid .90 cents + for misc brands not mentioned.
Others complained Armscor was out of spec and / or wouldn't function in their carbines.

I've never used Armscor. But maybe this could be a sign prices might break (?)
Or is it poor ammo and just a means on clearing the shelves?
.40 cents a round sure sounds better.
