I just went back over that post to see if anything had been added and found where another guy said this, which sounds similar to the issue above:

' Careful with that ammo, I had a friend who had multiple squibs because he pulled his charging handle back to see if a round chambered and apparently it pulled the bullet out from the casing. Not fully but enough to cause a squib. '

Maybe QC Dept is hiring or laying off. Possible... No Factory Crimp (?)
