L42A1 CES issued with binoculars instead of spotting scope

Any ideas where this L42A1 was issued to please? It initially went through Donningham.

Well, as you say it was sent to Cyprus and address to an infantry battalion there...which I can't make out. In Nicosia I'd assume but I can't make out the year so that would also have a bearing.
