Is it a one of with $90M and the second lot of 10,000 units falls under that initial contract as you say $90M for initial 1,640 then a further 10,000 falling under a new $90M contract!

From what I've read its a 90m contract for supply of initial 1164 rifles with a further delivery of 10,000.
