Every now and then deals appear at Flea markets. Not too long ago I picked up two Kukris complete with scabbards, chakmaks, and kardas. One is stamped "Pakistan" and is more ornate than the other, probably manufactured for the tourist trade but the other is broad arrow stamped and is quite plain with a wooden scabbard wrapped in leather. It has all the attributes of an original issued Kukri but with all the fakery going on in the world I'll probably never know for certain. In any event I only paid $35.00 for the pair so I won't be heart-broken if they both turn out to be made for civilian trade.Information
