    When I need a tool such as this I normally make it by cutting a slot in the middle of a suitably sized flat screwdriver blade. The 2 resulting prongs can then be rounded off.

    I also use the same method to make a tool for the special round nuts that have 2 slots in, like what is found attaching the grips on some bayonets.
