Yes I think so Charlie. I guess since there was such high velocities in play, I don't reckon any of the people that were shot would still have any projectiles in them I wouldn't imagine. I would guess that most of those have entry and exit wounds. I also remember seeing footage of the gentleman that got shot in the upper right bleachers and on the railing right next to him was a cloud of dust where one of them hit. Just from the way it looked, I bet that ricocheted a long ways off
I'd say the teams would have had all the DOPE worked out prior to the rally being held there the only considerations on the day would have been ambient temp, wind, mirage, barometric pressure.
As far as targets moving one would assume if the shooter was still slinging lead they would be fairly stationary, if the agents were using 300 Win mags the flight time for the distance they were firing over would be in the realms of .25 of a second or less so would negate any great movement of the targets head.
Either way thankfully Trump survived and the would be assassin paid the only price he deserved.

Regarding why SS markmen or others than Crooks were not on that roof, the two such marksmen seen behind Trump in the videos are in fact on a probably structurally identical roof which appears considerably steeper.

Local police offered drones and were refused until after the shooting.
Local police provided radios and there was no communication from the Secret Service until after the shooting.
They knew about this guy for 90 minutes and still left Trump go up on stage.
The Secret Service told local police they would have a morning briefing to go over the plan and never held it.

In the film early on when the rally attendees were shouting and pointing out the position of a Armed man ( Crooks ) on the roof to a Well Marked Officer nearby, I was shocked at how slowly that Officer walked 'Alongside' the outer perimeter of that building. Had he pulled back away from the building he could have has eyes on. With Snipers around it would have been a dangerous move, but a couple warning shots while pointing up with the other hand could / may have made a difference. Then again ........... If he seen something he wasn't suppose to or disrupted 'A Plan' he could have been added to the tally.

Said to expect another assassination attempt before November. Say's he's / she's coming forward until superiors are relieved of duty. That USSS has shown it's weaknesses.

To which a Fuming Sen Rick Scott (FL) said all you'd have to do is pair a local LEO with one
of your agents.
*Would not give a time schedule estimate for future press updates.

That is unbelievable! I don't see how that could be unnoticed by trained people that are trained to notice the slightest of things that are off or are not normal. From this videos perspective, it doesn't even look like crooks is even trying to hide.

Crooks did not go unnoticed. So that begs the question: why was he allowed to get at least 8 shots off before he was killed?
