Perfect timing. GCA journal just came this week with a feature article on the T20E1. I don't see a selector lever on the OP photo. Is this a followup or predecessor prototype to the T20E1?

Many years ago, I modified an M1 rifle barrel with a new gas system that worked too. Glad I saved a few photos.

It was interesting and the M60 bipod came from a salvage yard. I had intended to use a lightweight barrel jacket but went on to other projects, when I realized that the M14 barrel would fit and index into an M1 receiver.

This one is the Winchester offering probably after the war, caliber .308. The selector is other side.
